Long Term Goals
Long term goals in most people’s minds (when they are being truthful that is), has become a term that they associate with work.
This has happened because of the awful way in which the luminaries in the world of long term goals take all of the pleasure out of it.
Look, long term goals is you setting out the goals for the best life you could ever have. Now where is the work in that? Long term goals has gotten all bent out of shape in people’s minds yet it is what we do by our nature.
The problem is that our egos and bad teaching methods have resulted in people who have been educated into the benefits of long term goals actually not bothering to do it. This is simply because they associate it with hard work and pain.
I did as well, and it was only when I peeled back this destructive thought pattern which was holding me back that I discovered how to change my thoughts and input the correct information. So that I now associate setting long term goals with fun, and of course as my playtime. After all, my long term goals are all about day-dreaming up the design of my ideal life. Of course this is fun… as it should be.
