Change Career
Why is it people think that when they change career, they have to go from one job working for someone, to another working for someone else? To me, the problem comes because when people reach that maximum point of discomfort where they realize they no longer like their job or their chosen career, they go to the wrong people for advice.
Tell me, who do you think would give the best advice, someone who has never tried to change career and is still in the same job or the person who was able to change career ten years ago and now is working for themselves?
Why is it we as humans seek out and listen to advices from lemmings who are following the crowd and do not think differently? Do they think that if they change career and doing something different is the answer? To get the right career change they need to find the right answer.
The answer is of course only found when you are awake enough to ask the right question.
